Guests Staying Over? Don’t Forget the Guest Parking Pass!
If you need a guest parking pass, please email your request to alexandra@hoaservices.net and include the following information:
Guest’s name
Vehicle year, make, and model
Vehicle color
License plate number
Duration of the stay

Once all required information is received, Management will ask Security to prepare the pass. You will be notified when it is ready for pickup at the guard station.
Management is pleased to announce several improvements designed to make Association services more convenient and efficient for residents.
Access Devices Now Managed by Management
Management now oversees the distribution and management of all community gate transmitters, pool fobs, parking decals, and guest parking permits.
To help streamline requests and maintain accurate records, residents requesting any of these items should visit ERHOA.com to complete the required forms. If you are currently waiting for a pool fob or parking decal, please contact Management so we can review your request, provide an update, and help complete the process.
New Secure Document Drop Box
For added convenience, a secure document drop box has been installed outside the clubhouse. Residents may use the drop box to submit architectural applications, resident registration forms, pool paperwork, resident information updates, and other Association-related documents without needing to visit during office hours.
Please note that monthly assessment payments should not be placed in the drop box and must be mailed directly to the Association's payment processing center as listed on your billing statement. Election ballots must also be returned directly to the Association's independent Inspector of Elections following the instructions included with your ballot package.
We appreciate your patience and cooperation as these improvements are implemented. These enhancements are intended to simplify Association business, improve response times, and make it easier than ever to access Management services.
