Why should you bother to register for the Eagle Ridge Home Owners Association website?

Because many sections of the website are restricted to Home Owners only.  You'll have access to the current Association documents such as CC&Rs, By-Laws and Articles of Incorporation.  You will also be able to find contact information for Board of Directors and Committee Chairpeople.  A section of Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) are also available for registered members.

 Why is this information restricted?  Some information is private and only to be shared with Home Owners.
