Board of Directors

Members who own property in the Eagle Ridge development are in charge of the association. The Board of Directors governs the Association.  Board Members are elected yearly depending upon the terms mandated in the Bylaws of the Association.  The Board of Directors’ job is to preserve, enhance and protect the value of the development, but it ultimately answers to the members.

The Board has the responsibility for operating the association.  That means it makes sure that the Association’s funds are collected, its bills are paid, the Association is operated efficiently, and violations of the rules of the Association are addressed.  The Board currently contracts with Community Management Services, Inc., a professional management company, to run the day-to-day operations of the association.

Eagle Ridge is a Common Interest Development (CID).  CIDs are subject to the Davis-Stirling Common Interest Development Act (California Civil Code Sections 1350 et seq.), which is designed to provide homeowners with a system of self-government and dispute resolution.
