Dear Homeowners,

We are proud to announce to our residents the implementation of a newly updated website that will work in conjunction with our new software.  The new software will allow for personal access to account information by registering through our website.

Please follow these easy steps to register.  You will be able to access your account information and pay your monthly assessments online.

1. Log onto the the Eagle Ridge website: www.erhoa.com and click on "sign in" button on the top right side of the web page. 
2. As you need to register on this site first, click on the "New User? Sign Up Today..." button.
3. Fill out all required fields, as indicated by an asterisk and make sure that your information is entered as it appears on your billing statement.
4. Now create your username and password.  It is recommend to use your email as your username.
5. An access code will now be requested which will be the account number on your statement.  Do not include zeros before your account number. 
6. You must now agree to the terms and conditions.
7. The next screen will allow you to view your account information and you can click on the 'Pay Now' button to make a payment.
8. All you do now is enter your bank information (routing and account numbers) and the amount you would like to pay and submit.

For Payment Options:

1. Once you have registered and are logged into your account, click on the "Financials" folder under My Account.
2. Then it will ask for an access code, which is located under your name labeled "Account #."
3. Once you plug in the access code, then it will provide your financial information and give you options to pay your dues.

It is very easy and we are happy to offer this option to all our homeowners as part of this new website and software.  We hope that many of our residents will take advantage of this option when needed.  If you have any questions please contact the association manager.
